SCC - Liz Polley

Join us in welcoming our newest staff member to Sew From the Heart as she presents a fun and easy way to use all of those scraps that are so hard to throw away. This will be a round-robin style sit and sew and everyone will go home with a completed project. Using water soluble stabilizer and BERNINA’s extensive decorative stitches, we will turn trash to treasure (and useful treasure at that). Please bring a small Ziploc bag full of thread scraps, fabric scraps, trim/ribbon scraps and any other scraplets you might have. This project really uses the thread tails from the beginning/end of the seam, the corners and bits you trim off to square up quilt projects, the seam allowance you clip during garment sewing and that last inch or less of trim you have left at the end of the seam. No scrap is too small! Bring them all and you will be AMAZED at what you can make.

Cost: $ 25.00
